Small Executive Office
Our base private office is built for one to two people (though you could fit more if wanted). It’s perfect for those who don’t need as much space but love our amenities and community.
Office Size 90 to 105 sqft.
Team Recommendation 1-2 people
Large Executive Office
Our large private office is built for up to four people. These allow a bit more room for multiple desks but can also be used for someone who needs or wants more space. These offices come with the use of all our amenities.
Office Size 125 to 140 sqft.
Team Recommendation 1-4 people

How long am I committing to?We offer 1-year or 2-year contracts for all our office leases. If things aren’t working out for whatever reason, just let us know and we’ll work with you to amend or end your lease.

When can I access my office?You and your team members have 24/7 access to your office. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with some great security measures in place to make sure your space (and stuff) is secured whenever you aren’t on site!

Can I bring guests to the office?Absolutely! We love having your clients, family or friends stop by for meetings, lunch, or a quick hello.

Is there complimentary coffee?We proudly serve locally roasted Eiland Coffee! It’s unlimited for you and your guests, so no need to fear the dreaded caffeine withdrawal. Not a coffee drinker? We’ve still got you covered! We have hot tea options galore, flavored sparkling waters, and your favorite soda/pop/coke brands available in our kitchen any time you need a little boost.

Is there parking available?We have parking available on both sides of our building, including reserved guest parking spots by our main entrance.

What’s the bathroom situation?Besides your typical Men’s and Women’s restrooms, we also have 4 private restrooms including a family restroom setup for nursing moms or diaper changes!
